Position: Commercial Mortgage Originator
Pay Structure: Performance Based (100% commissions)

This position requires a detail minded individual who would be responsible for originating and placing debt, equity, mezz and structure finance scenarios.
Responsibilities
ÿ Knowledge of local markets and national capital sources
ÿ Coordinate, review and process commercial property inspections.
ÿ Analyze property financial statements, executive summaries and developers balance sheets.
ÿ Prepare property packages for lender presentations.
ÿ Provide customer service to lenders, borrowers, investors, outside vendors.
ÿ Monitor and update monthly pipeline reports.
ÿ Perform other reasonable tasks/projects as assigned.
ÿ Network with developers, brokers, builders, investors
Requirements
ÿ Education: Two-year Degree, preferably in the finance or accounting area.
ÿ Work Experience: 1 to 3 years experience in finance or accounting. Background in commercial lending, real estate or development preferred.
ÿ Required knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
ÿ Familiar with commercial loan and development terminology.
ÿ Ability to work both independently and within a team, with minimal supervision.
ÿ Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments; able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
ÿ Effective oral and written communication skills.
ÿ Attention to detail and accuracy required.
